A successful candidate will be someone who is interested in a position that is never the “same routine day after day”. Candidate would have experience with routine maintenance, troubleshooting & installation of all types of HVAC units. We do very little advertising at this time for new customers. Good Communication and problem-solving skills Hot Water & Boiler skills would be a bonus for our customer base Knowledge of construction is a plus, as we work on larger projects as well Valid license in MN for journeyman would be a plus Must have a Valid driver’s license to work out of a company vehicle.
