The HVAC Maintenance Technician maintains and improves the condition, quality, and integrity of all building systems. Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance. Adheres to standard diagnostic approaches for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and monitoring/troubleshooting control systems. Completes repairs and duties as directed in a timely manner. **Minimum Qualifications:** High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and three years of relevant experience or training in building system controls.
