HVAC Technician

OMRF is an independent, not-for-profit biomedical research institute adjacent to the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) campus in Oklahoma City. **Responsibilities** Facility Services is hiring a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician, this position is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all OMRF properties. Completes repairs and duties as directed in a timely manner. Knowledge of building maintenance systems, including preventative maintenance and work order record keeping.Current Oklahoma HVAC journeyman license and valid drivers license required.OMRF has mandated the COVID-19 vaccine for all employees, excluding those with an approved medical or religious accommodation, as a condition of employment.
