Our client, a luxury brand is looking to hire Advertising Assistant to join the team at their NYC location on a hybrid schedule. Job Duties Include... • Provide administrative support to the team as needed while implementing print, digital, television and outdoor media plans • Ensure that invoices are compiled and processed efficiently • Maintain files and records while ensuring data is entered correctly • Manage company media planning tool • Monitor all media plans • Ensure accuracy of all creative rotations across all media • Review and submit all TV traffic for networks • Issue insertion orders to all vendors/partners • Liaise with digital vendors to receive and confirm accuracy of digital user journey documents • Ensure campaign reporting is received in a timely manner • Liaise with media vendors to set up meetings and providing analysis of application to the brand • Update and maintain internal tracking spreadsheets pertaining to all media plans • Assist with completion of PowerPoint presentations summarizing key campaigns • Liaise with team/agency to ensure plans are received and being processed as ordered Job Qualifications Include: • BA degree • 1+ years of experience working in media and media planning • Strong written and oral communications skills • Relevant computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively • Excellent attention to detail PCG, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at this location at the time of this posting.
