Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following areas: Manage client-side media billing, including issuing invoices and tracking receivables Process media vendor invoices and ensure timely payments for media partners Support budget reconciliation and assist with monthly/quarterly reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records across client and vendor accounts Partner with the media team to confirm budgets, track spend, and flag discrepancies Assist with financial documentation and audits as needed Provide administrative support to both the Finance and Media departments Familiarity with advertising/media industry billing processes preferred and/or understanding of marketing and advertising methods (Digital, Traditional, etc) Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A team player with strong communication and problem‑solving skills Previous experience in an advertising or marketing role is a plus. Must be able to sit and maintain focus for extended periods Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as typing, data entry, etc. Job function
