idfive is looking for a Media Analyst & Ad Operations Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to help build and analyze performance-driven campaigns for our purpose-driven clients. You should also be comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and proactively communicating with your team, our creative department, media vendors, and client partners. You don't need to code, but you do need to speak "GTM," "GA4," and "pixel tracking" with confidence. Hold certifications in GA4, Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot Know how to implement and QA Google Tag Manager events Have experience pushing/pulling data from CRMs and ad servers Can create dashboards using Supermetrics, Google Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools Have run demographic, psychographic, and market research for campaign planning Are familiar with end-to-end attribution modeling and optimization On your first project, you might be expected to...
