DRIVERS NEEDED MUST OWN YOUR OWN VEHICLE Delivery Driver – Local Package Routes (FLINT Warehouse Pickup) Location: FLINT, Mi Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Independent Contractor About Us We are a fast-growing delivery partner serving All of Michigan with reliable, efficient package delivery. Position Overview Delivery Drivers are responsible for loading their vehicle at our Flint warehouse and delivering packages to residential and commercial stops across specific service territories. Routes are consistent, local, and organized by color-coded regions for easy navigation. Responsibilities • Pick up daily routes from the Flint warehouse • Load, organize, and secure packages in your vehicle • Deliver packages accurately and efficiently to all assigned stops • Follow mapped routes and delivery procedures • Provide friendly, professional customer service • Communicate with dispatch as needed • Return undeliverable packages and equipment at end of shift Requirements • Valid driver’s license • Reliable vehicle • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs • Smartphone with mobile data for route app • Strong time-management skills • Must be 18 years or older Schedule & Pay • Flexible scheduling (weekday + weekend routes available) • Typical routes run 4–8 hours depending on zone • Competitive pay (per stop or per route) • Weekly pay options Why You’ll Love Working With Us • Local routes — no long-distance driving • Pre-sorted packages by zone • Easy pickup process • Supportive management & dispatch • Opportunities for additional routes and growth Pay is per stop, ranging from $1.70–$2.25 per stop depending on the route.
