A "Designer" is many things at Splash Box Marketing: a production artist, team player, creative thinker, and cutting edge connoisseur of design. This is a design position. Requirements: 3–5 years design/production experience Indesign Programming or book creation knowledge is golden Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel Experience with print and web production Corporate job experience Responsibilities: Be a part of the collaborative creative process in developing brand identities for existing and potential clients. Build presentation and internal decks, resize ads based on mechanical specs, both print and digital Create/design proposal decks in coordination with the business development team MUST be willing to perform both design and production duties Proofread to produce accurate and high- quality work Present final ideas and concepts to account managers Work with a wide range of media Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief Work on layouts and art working pages ready for print Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media; particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
