In House Marketing Representative

We are looking for an in house marketing representative to be responsible for our organization’s marketing ventures. This candidate must be self motivated, creative, results driven and have experience with telephone marketing, blogging, social media, email blasts and traditional forms of marketing. Duties Include: Making outbound calls to potential owners, Realtors® and other sources of business Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities that include social media, snail mail and other campaigns Establish and grow a target market share Monitor costs and budgets and allocate resources amongst projects Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives Develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Monitor and submit performance reports Requirements: Proven experience as a strong communicator Self motivated and be able to work independently Demonstrated ability to work as a team player Results oriented with proven track record Analytical and creative thinking Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management Deep understanding of changing market dynamics Current and online marketing techniques and best practices College students encouraged to apply providing field of study and experience meets job description We are a stable company since 1990.
