In House Marketing Representative

This candidate must be self motivated, creative, results driven and have experience with telephone marketing, blogging, social media, email blasts and traditional forms of marketing. Interacting with existing and new offices to help them establish a presence in their marketplace. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique marketing techniques, have an out going personality with a "can do" attitude. He/She will be a skilled marketing strategist and be able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others while delivering results by increasing the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors. Duties Include: Initiate, execute and publish podcasts for our Investor Club Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities that include social media, snail mail and other campaigns Establish and grow a target market share Write and publish press releases for offices and new franchisees Monitor costs and budgets and allocate resources amongst projects Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives Develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Monitor and submit performance reports Requirements: Proven experience as a strong communicator Self motivated and be able to work independently Demonstrated ability to work as a team player Results oriented with proven track record Analytical and creative thinking Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management Deep understanding of changing market dynamics Current and online marketing techniques and best practices College students encouraged to apply providing field of study and experience meets job description We are a stable company since 1990.
