We're hiring 3 experienced marketing professionals to bring our Meta advertising operation in-house.
Legal Tags is a growing nationwide vehicle title and registration service. We currently invest $10,000–$12,000 PER DAY in Meta advertising across multiple ad accounts.
We're done outsourcing our growth. We're building our own elite performance marketing team.
OPEN POSITIONS:
1. SENIOR META MEDIA BUYER / PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000/year
You'll manage a seven-figure annual advertising budget, optimize campaigns, test creative, scale winners, and take ownership of acquisition performance.
We're looking for someone who:
Has personally managed $100K–$300K+ in monthly Meta ad spend.
Has proven experience scaling lead-generation campaigns.
Understands Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and attribution.
Can demonstrate real campaign results and profitable scaling.
Knows how to turn advertising data into revenue.
2. CREATIVE STRATEGIST / DIRECT-RESPONSE MARKETER
Compensation: $55,000–$75,000/year
You'll develop winning ad concepts, hooks, offers, scripts, and creative testing strategies.
We're looking for someone who:
Understands direct-response advertising and consumer psychology.
Can create scroll-stopping static and UGC ad concepts.
Knows how to analyze winning and losing creatives.
Can produce a consistent pipeline of new advertising angles.
Is obsessed with performance, not just aesthetics.
3. GRAPHIC DESIGNER / VIDEO EDITOR — PAID SOCIAL
Compensation: $45,000–$65,000/year
You'll produce high-converting static ads, short-form videos, UGC edits, and creative variations for Meta.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience producing paid social advertising creative.
Is highly proficient in Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Can create professional ads quickly.
Understands hooks, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused design.
Can handle high-volume creative production.
