In Restaurant Social Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic In Restaurant Social Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence and engage our community through innovative social media strategies. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media platforms, and develop targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience. This position will work within the restaurant supporting staff and customers gaining original and honest content experience. Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals Manage daily social media operations to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics Create visually appealing graphics and videos to enhance content appeal Conduct social listening to monitor online conversations, gather customer feedback, and identify emerging trends or potential issues Manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to amplify brand awareness through public relations initiatives Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce initiatives when applicable Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging that supports overall restaurant branding efforts Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing strategies within the hospitality or retail industry preferred Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing tools Familiarity with social media management platforms for scheduling and analytics Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and experience in relationship management with influencers or media contacts Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft compelling copy that aligns with brand voice Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Passion for photography and videography to produce high-quality visual content that captures the restaurant experience
