Inbound & Demand Strategist

Key accountabilities include: • Oversee Fylershaw’s inbound marketing and pipeline • Make sure strategy turns into real content, campaigns, and follow-up • Keep leads and pipeline organized and moving forward • Apply the same inbound approach to select client work • Measure what works and optimize over time At times, that means leading workshops and client conversations. Fylershaw (Primary Responsibility) • Designing and running Fylershaw’s inbound content and demand strategy • Translating strategy into clear content, promotion, and campaign plans • Coordinating with internal and partner teams to ensure content is executed and published • Managing inbound promotion across organic and paid channels • Owning Hubspot workflows, tracking, and overall pipeline management • Organizing and managing lead flow including follow up and nurture sequences • Using data to identify what’s working, what’s not, and what to test next On the Fylershaw side, you’ll own the inbound engine end-to-end — managing content planning, promotion, CRM workflows, and pipeline visibility. Here is what we're looking for in our ideal candidate: • At least two years of experience in a strategic marketing role • Experience running demand generation campaigns and working in marketing CRMs • Knowledge of how to develop full-scale marketing programs using digital channels • Openness to testing new tools (including AI) to improve performance • Confidence collaborating with C-level executives to understand the business, develop strategy, solve problems and show results • Tenacity and ability to have tough conversations with clients and teammates • Excellent communication and organizational skills to keep clients on track • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to evaluate priorities with attention to detail • A self-starting attitude — comfortable figuring things out and experimenting with AI-driven approaches • Analytical thinking and comfort working with data from platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Analytics • Empathy and clarity when working with both clients and internal teams
