The Role

We run paid ads that drive inbound sales calls from contractor business owners who need our AI-powered website and booking system. Your job is to take those calls, build rapport fast, and close them into one of our subscription plans.

These are warm inbound calls. No cold calling. No dialing for dollars. The leads are already interested, they've watched a video about what we do, and they've booked a time to talk. You just need to close them.

What You're Selling

We build and market AI-powered websites for contracting companies that automatically capture and book customers from Google and AI search. Pricing is $397/month sold as $997 for 3 months or $3,970 for a full year upfront. Most owners get it immediately. The offer is simple, the value is obvious, and the price point is low enough that it's not a hard sell if you know what you're doing.

What We Expect

Minimum 4 closed deals per week. This is non-negotiable.4-week trial period. If you're not hitting minimums by week 4, we part ways.Target performance is 15-20 deals per month with a healthy mix of 3-month and annual plans.Update the CRM after every call. No exceptions.Show up to every scheduled call on time, every time.Follow the sales process. We have a framework that works. Your job is to execute it, not reinvent it.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of sales experience, preferably inbound phone sales or high-ticket closing.Track record of closing deals. If you've never closed anything before, this isn't the role for you.Hungry. You want to earn more than your base and you're willing to put in the calls to get there.Coachable. You take feedback without ego and implement it immediately.Reliable internet, quiet space for calls, and a professional phone presence.Comfortable with CRM software. Training provided if you're new to it.

The Fine Print

This is a 1099 independent contractor position to start. Remote work is fine, but you must be available during US business hours to take calls. You'll need your own computer.
