We are hiring a Speed-to-Lead Phone Appointment Setter to call inbound leads for Warrior Marketing Group / H30K™.

This is a base + bonuses role with expected earnings around $70,000 per year for the right person.

We pay every Friday.

There is real opportunity to move up. Start by helping us call leads, book appointments, and keep the calendar full. Prove you can execute, communicate, and win consistently, and this can grow into sales, client success, operations, leadership, or a bigger role inside the company.

These are people who already raised their hand. They filled out a form, watched a video, registered for something, or asked for more information.

Your job is to call them fast, have a real conversation, qualify them, and book the right people onto our sales calendar.

Speed to lead matters. When a new lead comes in, we want them called quickly while they are still interested and paying attention.

We have a daily team call at 10:00 AM. You are expected to attend, be prepared, and help us keep the calendar full.

What You’ll Do

Call inbound leads quickly.
Follow up by phone, text, and email.
Book qualified appointments.
Confirm appointments.
Keep clean notes in the CRM.
Show up to the 10:00 AM daily team call.
Help the sales team keep the calendar full.
