Are you a proven closer with digital or advertising media sales experience? WINSTAR Interactive Media is looking for independent sales professionals ready to build their own book of business and earn uncapped commission on every deal they close.
This is a 1099 contractor role with no salary cap and lifetime payouts for as long as you remain contracted with the company on all accounts you bring in.
What You Will Sell CTV and streaming, digital audio and podcasts, display advertising, and digital out of home. You will pitch integrated, multi-channel solutions that clients actually want, backed by a full support team that handles strategy, execution, and reporting so you can stay focused on selling.
What You Will Earn 15% commission on every deal with no ceiling. Recurring payouts on client spend for as long as you work with us.
What We Are Looking For 5+ years in advertising or digital media sales, a track record of closing new business, existing industry relationships, and the discipline to run your own pipeline. Experience with programmatic, CTV, audio, or DOOH is a strong plus.
