As a Technical Adviser, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: * Building relationships with industry, project identification and implementation, reporting, student engagement and PennTAP liaison with Penn State faculty * Consulting with client organizations of all sizes and types to understand organizational issues and needs and provide consultation and training services. These workplace solutions are expected to create new jobs and businesses. You will be a part of the PennTAP team that maintains an uncompromising level of quality in all work assignments and you will follow up with clients to evaluate and ensure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of solutions they implement. Your attention to detail and ability to organize workload will allow you to ensure that all projects are properly aligned with PennTAP, Penn State objectives, and that the deliverables meet time and budget requirements. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties.
