Owning the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, the full-time remote Influencer Campaign Manager will coordinate communication between sellers, influencers, and brands while managing up to 30 campaigns simultaneously. Key responsibilities Oversee campaign execution from kickoff to final reporting, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines Negotiate influencer rates, manage budgets, and track campaign performance while delivering high-quality content Collaborate with cross-functional teams and proactively resolve issues throughout the campaign process Required qualifications Proven project management skills with experience in influencer marketing Bilingual in English and Spanish, with familiarity in U.S. and LatAm creator markets Strong understanding of creator dynamics and campaign execution Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
