**The Opportunity**
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help our team build and execute influencer marketing campaigns focused on driving measurable and efficient growth. You’ll be responsible for…
* **Creator Outreach,** expanding the network of influencers we work with by identifying up-and-coming content creators
* **Campaign Operations** includingimplementing deliverables and assisting with other general operational tasks to bring influencer marketing campaigns to life
* **Staying plugged in** to creator culture and viral trends: you’re the go-to for knowing what’s big before it goes mainstream
**Who You Are**
* **You love YouTube**. You are passionate and knowledgeable about creators and the entertainment space. You are aware of viral internet moments as they happen.
* **You are proactive & resourceful**. When you run into a problem, you find a solution. You think outside the box and go the extra mile to get things done.
* **You’re organized** with a detail-oriented mindset
**What You Bring**
* At least one year of relevant and related work or internship experience in marketing, media buying, or business development
* Strong work ethic and bias for action
**Compensation & Benefits**:
* **Total OTE**: $80,000-$100,000
+ **Base Salary Range**: $60,000-$70,000 per year
+ **On-Target Bonus**: $20,000-$30,000 per year.
