This role will manage influencer relationships from outreach and contracting through campaign execution while partnering with cross functional marketing teams. ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and talent partnersCoordinate campaigns from onboarding through execution and reportingNegotiate contracts and manage usage rights and campaign deliverablesTrack budgets, timelines, and campaign performance metricsPartner with internal creative, social, and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign executionStay current on creator trends and identify new partnership opportunitiesQualifications4+ years of influencer marketing experience within retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer brandsExperience managing influencer partnerships from outreach through executionStrong negotiation, project management, and organizational skillsComfortable working with budgets, contracts, and campaign analyticsPassion for consumer brands, social media, and emerging creator trends
