Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for our customers alike, by keeping schedules as well as providing assistance to our marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. - Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients - Respond to any online or telephone inquiries in a calm and friendly manner. - Good computer skills (Excel, Word) - Proficiency in English - Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A team player with a high level of dedication - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Experience as a sales/marketing coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
