Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing planBusiness Development Using CoStar Group's extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new businessTeamwork Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenueBusiness Industry Acumen Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and your trends within your specific market territoryCustomer Focus Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular, value you added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help our clients achieve their goalsBuild strong client relationships and prospect by conducting online meetings.Basic QualificationsOne or more years of sales experience, preferably in web, publications, newspaper or magazine advertising sales or equivalent experience in the commercial real estate industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree from an accredited not-for-profit in person University or College, requiredA track record of commitment to prior employersPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of commercial real estate (CRE)Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotasYou are driven, results-oriented, love working with others to solve problemsAn authentic team player.
