Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Work with existing restaurant partners to increase their success through EatStreet by selling products and offerings Contacting restaurants by phone and email to build strong relationships with restaurant decision makers Manage accounts in current EatStreet delivery markets Use problem solving and negotiation abilities to resolve account complaints and ensure restaurant satisfaction and first-class service to restaurants Identify and target key opportunities in assigned markets Maintain expert-level product knowledge of existing new features and functionality Ensure follow-ups by staying organized, maintaining dates, and completing profile information in Salesforce Other duties as assigned by management Experience and Requirements: BS/BA degree or relevant work experience required 1+ years of business-to- business sales experience preferred Appetite to learn, grow and work hard Strong oral and written communication skills Friendly, approachable, yet assertive demeanor Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment EatStreet is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
