o Must be a great communicator in person AND on the phone o Must have EMPATHY for other people in order to best serve their needs o Must be able to take NO for an answer and not take rejection personally (over and over again) o Must be willing to take guidance and direction (and act on it) o Must be willing to deal with a semi neurotic boss that WILL push you in 5 different directions and expect 6 different results; all while dealing with this external chaos, accomplish the task at hand and move to the next task. o Must be meticulous in your follow up. o Must be able to take copious notes on EVERY conversation you have with our leads o Must have a burning desire to learn, grow and flourish within the Real Estate Investment world o Must have a burning desire to be directly involved with direct sales o Must be a consummate professional o Must self-educate and continue to learn and read every day o Must be willing to ask for help when you need it o Must be willing to let us know if you become overwhelmed and backlogged You don’t want to apply, nor would we want to hire you if we are not the right fit. I started the company from nothing but an idea with almost zero money and within three years we are on pace to close 50 creative real estate transactions this year with plans on growing this business to become one of the largest Single Family Residential Real Estate Investment firms in Maryland.
