You will field incoming phone calls and web inquiries to understand customer needs, identify campaign goals, and and present tailored, end-to-end recommendations that empower clients to successfully plan, budget, and optimize their direct mail campaigns. At its core, this is a sales role, but less about selling one or two things and more about crafting custom solutions. Responsibilities Qualifications Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to guide clients through new processes.Strong consultative communication skills, featuring the ability to translate technical printing parameters and postal strategies into clear, actionable advice over phone and email.Deeply customer-oriented with a relentless focus on delivery; a passion for providing the elite service and client support that differentiates our brand in the marketplace.Prior professional exposure to the direct mail, commercial printing, fulfillment, or corporate advertising industries is highly advantageous.Experience or education in marketing is a plus.Requirements: Ability to work full-time, completely on-site at our Lakeland facility, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 8:30AM to 5:00 PM.
