MUST HAVES o Must be a great communicator in person AND on the phone o Must have EMPATHY for other people in order to best serve their needs o Must be able to take NO for an answer and not take rejection personally (over and over again) o Must be willing to take guidance and direction (and act on it) o Must be willing to deal with a semi neurotic boss that WILL push you in 5 different directions and expect 6 different results; all while dealing with this external chaos, accomplish the task at hand and move to the next task. o Must be able to take copious notes on EVERY conversation you have with our leads o Must have a burning desire to learn, grow and flourish within the Real Estate Investment world o Must have a burning desire to be directly involved with direct sales o Must be a consummate professional o Must self-educate and continue to learn and read every day o Must be willing to ask for help when you need it o Must be willing to let us know if you become overwhelmed and backlogged The above bullets are important to us for many reasons. You don’t want to apply, nor would we want to hire you if we are not the right fit. o No whiners – If you whine, you will NOT be heard o No lazy people – If you take 10 cigarette breaks a day, come in late, take an hour to get ready to work, then DON’T apply.
