Day-to-day of the role includes scheduling meetings, qualifying leads for the sales team, exceeding sales targets, developing outreach strategies, collaborating with team members, and becoming an expert on our product offerings.This is a remote position that reports to our Vice President of Regional Advertising Sales. Candidates must be based in the Charleston Metropolitan Area, for in-person client relationships and occasional team meetings. Responsibilities: Prospect and Connect: Reach out to local and regional brands across various industries (Sports & Entertainment, Travel, Healthcare, and more) to schedule discovery meetings for our sales executives.Qualify Leads: Identify and introduce highly qualified leads to our advertising sales team.Drive Results: Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent outreach and collaboration.Develop Strategies: Create plans to identify successful outreach methods and grow opportunities in new markets.Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers and team members, sharing best practices and supporting each other.Become an Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and the competitive landscape.Manage Pipeline: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and market trends in our CRM system.Meet Metrics: Achieve daily/weekly outreach and meeting goals.Have Fun! ).Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).Compensation & BenefitsSalary + commission Company equityCompetitive insuranceCompany 401(k)Flexible Time Off PolicyThe base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 + Commission.
