Inside Sales & Retention Specialist

Primary responsibilities are to maintain and grow existing accounts and collaborate with sales team members to identify new sales opportunities Responsible for managing advertiser relationships for house and outside sales accounts including the overall client satisfaction including campaign performance, reporting, client communication, retention, renewals, & account growth Participates in sales and account calls as the Valpak advertising expert and provide input to clients and Outside Sales Executives on ways to maximize the benefits of our products Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required while reporting to the Sales Leader project manager, analyst or product specialist in a media or advertising agency preferred.
