Inside Sales & Social Media Coordinator Briefly….. We are looking for a talented, organized and competitive Inside Sales and Social Media Coordinator that thrives in a fast paced ever changing sales and marketing environment. This Coordinator will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with Staff, Project Managers, Facility Managers, Adjusters, and Customers, generating interest, managing multiple websites, blogs, social media sites and closing sales. Responsibilities: • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content Moderate all user- generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate action • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails • Analyze calls for quality insurance purposes • Understand customer needs and requirements • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Associates for further development and closure • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within our assigned territory/franchise. • Team with Associates to build pipeline and close deals • Perform effective online demonstrations to prospects when necessary.
