The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include: - Monitoring print quality - Counting and sorting garments - Verifying accuracy to customer specifications - Tagging and boxing - Completing work orders - Assisting press operators as needed - Maintains a clean organized work area - Functions well as part of a team with the entire production department Other Duties The quality control and production facilitator has additional ongoing functional responsibilities, including: - Assists in the development and/or institutes new procedures to improve accuracy and quality of products Based on the essential and other duties and responsibilities of the position, the quality control and production facilitator should have a number of professional skills and abilities: - Accuracy and strong attention to detail is required - Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage the related stress - Sound organizational, records management, time management skills Hourly rate of $17.00-$19.00 commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
