As part of our team, we will provide the necessary tools for you o succeed including one on one coaching, marketing, advertising, and providing you with the leads for you to make an extra commission. Responsibilities Develop and contact leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Help with any other customer needs including payment processing, claims, etc. Skills Excellent communication (written, verbal, and listening) Self-motivated Detail-oriented Proactive in problem-solving Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Computer proficiency Professional appearance Ability to pass a criminal background check As a Team Member, you will receive...
