You'll drive measurable pipeline impact through experiential marketing. Responsibilities + Coordinating planning and execution of Tier 1 flagship events, multi-city roadshows, and large-scale hospitality activations + Managing virtual programs including customer summits, digital engagement series, and executive briefings + Serving as the central communications hub across Field Marketing, Channel, Demand Generation, and Industry teams + Tracking program performance including attendee engagement, pipeline influence, and brand sentiment + Developing post-event insights and recommendations to continuously elevate the event portfolio What we're looking for + Demonstrate 1-3+ years of B2B marketing experience with exposure to virtual and live events, webinars, and hospitality programs + Manage end-to-end event logistics including platform setup, registration, speaker coordination, venue sourcing, catering, signage, and on-site execution + Apply strong project management skills to juggle multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining detailed timelines and stakeholder alignment + Travel 25%+ and adapt to the fast-paced nature of live event execution Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $65,400.00 Maximum: $158,700.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
