The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for providing leadership for established accounts, including accountability for all client activities and projects related to PR, advertising, marketing, events and digital marketing programs, all reporting, and client communications. Account Management / Client Services • Leadership of client communications and servicing • Management of integrated marketing plans • Setting, maintaining and executing on client communications • Recommending and engaging other specialists/executive participation in client meetings • Oversight of all client materials • Status reports for marketing, advertising and outside projects • Integration and delegation of specialists to meet desired outcomes of clients Staff Management • Assistance with hiring, training, development and mentorship of staff • Career and progression planning • Support of core values and effective/productive culture and systems • Accountability for quality PR / Media Relations • Media pitch calendar • Driving the strategic planning / brainstorming for story starters with specialists • Driving the innovation and creative delivery of PR messages with new materials, channels, stakeholders • English media advisories to short lead Asian media / English media • Media books and any other forms of PR results reporting to show value • Client Reporting Calendar – management of a reporting inventory / timeline as it impacts other business units for clients Preferences • Professional experience and/or formal education in communications, marketing, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, SEM or Google Analytics • Travel market/communications/digital/social experience preferred • Ad agency / PR agency experience (or relevant coursework / internships) a plus • Bilingual fluency (Japanese, Korean) a plus
