Integrated Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, versatile, hands-on Integrated Marketing Manager to support the execution and brand growth of Detroit Basketball affiliate teams associated with our sports franchise. • Operational Support: Assist with the development of business plans and operational workflows to support successful rollout and scaling; escalate critical issues as needed • Brand Marketing & Identity: Help to build and evolve brand assets, collateral messaging and affiliate team’s personality and community connection shaping how it’s perceived in the local market while staying connected to the parent club’s values and voice. Ensure consistent application of the team’s brand identity across all communications and fan touchpoints. • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. • Experience in brand marketing, grassroots outreach, or sports/event marketing is a strong plus.
