Integrated Marketing Manager

Güd Marketing is seeking a collaborative, future-forward team leader to serve as an Integrated Marketing Manager. This role will help advance our agency’s culture of collaboration and integration across strategy, media, creative, and PR by bringing together the best of our cross-functional talent to deliver results for mission-driven clients. Essential Responsibilities & Duties: • The quality and consistency of integrated marketing strategies across client accounts • Fostering cross-functional collaboration among strategy, media, creative, PR, and account teams • Keeping the agency current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in integrated marketing • Developing and mentoring staff within the integrated marketing team • Supporting business development efforts when integrated thinking is required • Ensuring that campaign outcomes align with client goals and Güd’s standards for mission-driven impact • Drives client facing reporting schedules, tools and presentations on campaign success and opportunities • Collaboratively identifying opportunities for additional client investment in strategies and mediums that would benefit their causes.
