About The Company About The Role We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results. Core Responsibilities • Lead the strategy, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels • Serve as a key client-facing partner, providing strategic counsel, recommendations and ongoing performance updates • Develop campaign strategies that align business goals, creative direction and paid media tactics • Own campaign budgets and forecasts, including building and supporting proposals and scopes of work • Plan, execute and optimize paid media across channels, including print, CTV, radio, OOH, programmatic, retail media and influencer amplification • Execute media buying directly for smaller programs and oversee external partners for larger or more complex buys • Partner closely with creative, media and analytics teams to ensure consistency from strategy through execution • Establish KPIs and manage reporting, focusing on ROI and performance • Analyze results using attribution and analytics to inform optimization and future planning • Manage always-on programs, program and product launches and statewide campaigns from planning through reporting • Support new business efforts by contributing to proposals, planning and client presentations The Pay Range For This Role Is
