ISLAND NEWS (KITV & KIKU), an Allen Media Broadcasting company in Honolulu, Hawaii, is looking for an Integrated Marketing & Media Advisor who understands todays media landscape – someone who lives and breathes digital / streaming, has some understanding of how audiences connect online and can translate that knowledge into results for local businesses.

The Integrated Marketing & Media Advisor position will focus on digital product sales ranging from owned and operated advertising, Targeted Display and Video, OTT Streaming Video, YouTube Video, YouTubeTV, Amazon, Netflix, Social Ads, Streaming Audio, Targeted Email, Broadcast and more.

The Integrated Marketing & Media Advisor’s primary responsibility is to develop new business relationships and provide businesses with custom interactive solutions to help their business grow.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate Relationships with local businesses.
Research business opportunities in the marketplace - set appointments to present custom packages and close new businesses.
Increase existing business on all station platforms to achieve individual and sales team budgets.
Write marketing proposals and create power point presentations.
Communicate and plan effectively

Detail oriented
Works well in a team environment
Takes ownership of projects and sees them through to fruition
Quick learner of new marketing opportunities, technology tools, software and systems
Great listener
Ability to juggle multiple projects
Desire to grow and succeed
