• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Strategy Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across the full media mix for new and existing brands • Partner with Creative Services to define ad concepts, creative testing roadmaps, and ensure continuous asset refresh. • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across a balanced mix of digital channels in an agency or in-house environment. • Paid Search Experience: Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of campaigns within Google Ads, including advanced knowledge of Performance Max (PMax), Demand Gen, and traditional Search campaigns. • Paid Social Experience: Hands-on experience executing, optimizing, and measuring campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) is required.
