If you’re a sharp negotiator with experience buying across CTV/OTT, digital audio, broadcast TV, radio, and OOH, and you know your way around DSPs like StackAdapt, we’d love to meet you. You’ll work closely with our Vice President of Integrated Media to further enhance your media buying skills. What You’ll Do: • Plan, negotiate, and buy media across programmatic (CTV/OTT, digital audio) and traditional (radio, broadcast TV, OOH, print) platforms Translate strategies into smart, targeted media plans • Translate campaign strategies into smart, effective media plans aligned with audience behavior and client goals • Negotiate rates, manage vendor relationships, and ensure added value • Analyze media performance and optimize for effectiveness and efficiency • Stay ahead of media trends and platform innovations • Work cross-functionally with creative, account, social, and dev teams What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of media buying/planning experience (agency experience preferred) • Proficiency with Freewheel/Strata media software • Hands-on experience with DSPs like StackAdapt or The Trade Desk (a plus) • Strong negotiation skills and analytical mindset • Solid understanding of audience targeting and media analytics • Comfortable managing campaigns across multiple media channels • Passion for media and staying ahead of industry trends Why You’ll Love Working at RUMOR: • Creative, collaborative team culture that values ideas and initiative • Work across a variety of clients and industries—no one-size-fits-all thinking here • Paid time off, full health coverage for you and your family • Real impact and visibility in the work you do
