The integrated Media Coordinator provides support in all facets of the tactical communications planning process, driven by a strong interest in media, consumer data, and available media research. The person who holds this position is expected to have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to prioritize, adapt to change and multi-task within a dynamic environment. • Maintain and manage media flowcharts/plans • Facilitate key meeting setup, scheduling, and conference reports • Provide feedback and insights to ensure partners understand plans, and make optimizations to drive key business results • Manage invoicing, campaign billing coordination, key campaign deadlines, and trafficking of creative materials • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field • Communications skills with experience in delivering customer service satisfaction • Detail minded with exceptional organization skills • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications with very strong Excel skills • Comfortable with the use of and ability to learn new platforms and media tactics • Ability to balance multiple assignments and set priorities • Knowledge of media math (CPM, R/F, etc), media research tools, MediaOcean, Campaign Manager (or similar serving software i.e. Sizmek), Innovid (or similar video/audio ad serving software i.e.
