The Role
--------

Our Strategy team is seeking an experienced Integrated Strategist to develop culturally relevant, insight-driven marketing strategies for entertainment brands and digital-first storytelling platforms. With a strong understanding of audience behavior, fandom culture, and the evolving entertainment landscape, you will connect consumer insights with creative ideas to build campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative curiosity and understands how audiences discover, engage with, and advocate for the entertainment they love. You'll collaborate across creative, social, media, and partnerships teams to turn insights into cohesive strategies that connect brands with their communities.

Here’s What You’ll Do

**Audience Insights & Cultural Strategy**

* Research audience behaviors, entertainment trends, fandom communities, and emerging digital platforms to uncover meaningful strategic opportunities.
* Translate consumer research, social listening, competitive analysis, and performance data into actionable audience insights.
* Identify cultural moments, emerging creators, and fan behaviors that can inform authentic, relevant brand engagement.

**Integrated Campaign & Content Strategy**

* Develop integrated marketing strategies spanning organic and paid social, digital media, content, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations.
* Build strategic frameworks for brand campaigns, entertainment launches, ongoing programming, and audience growth initiatives.
* Partner with creative teams to develop compelling campaign concepts, messaging, and content strategies rooted in audience insights and business objectives.

**Collaboration & Strategic Execution**

* Collaborate with creative, account, social, media, and production teams to ensure strategic consistency across channels and deliverables.
* Develop and present clear, compelling strategic recommendations, creative briefs, and campaign plans to internal teams and clients.
* Establish campaign KPIs, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities to optimize strategies based on audience engagement and measurable results.

Here’s What It Takes

* 5+ years of experience in brand, creative, or integrated marketing strategy, preferably within an advertising or entertainment agency.
* Strong understanding of the entertainment landscape, including streaming, film, television, gaming, animation, and digital-first content.
* Demonstrated experience developing integrated campaigns that connect creative storytelling with audience insights and business objectives.
* Knowledge of fandom culture, creator ecosystems, social platforms, and how communities engage with entertainment properties.
* Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into compelling strategic narratives.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across disciplines and confidently articulate strategic thinking.
