As a Corporate Communications Intern, you will support the Bio Cryst Corporate Communications Team across a variety of activities, including employee/internal communications, external communications and event planning and execution. Contribute to agenda development, slide creation and speaker prep.Bring a keen eye to the department’s communications by proofreading documents and editing content for audience and platform.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSWorking towards a bachelor’s degree in Communications or related discipline with a minimum 3.0 GPAExceptional written and verbal communicatorSelf‑starter who can work independentlyAbility to be flexible and adjust quickly as priorities changeTeam player who is willing to flex outside the prescribed rolePassionate about communicationsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMust be available to work 30‑40 hours/week during the period of the summer internshipMust be in proximity to the Durham, NC officeREQUIRED DOCUMENTSResumeSubmit at least three samples of your work.
