**Job Responsibilities:** 

Support the Marketing team in creating, coordinating and delivering communications that keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with company goals and initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate communications, content creation and employee engagement.

* Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications including emails, newsletters, announcements and intranet content
* Create and edit written content for employee communication channels
* Help maintain and update the company Intranet site
* Support the rollout of a global Intranet site
* Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather information and develop communication materials
* Track communication metrics and prepare reports to measure engagement and effectiveness
* Ensure consistency of company branding, messaging and communication standards
* Support special projects and other marketing activities as assigned

**Job Qualifications:**

* Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
* Strong writing, research and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Own means of reliable transportation
