Internal Communications Manager, Global Stores, Advertising, and Executive Comms

As an Internal Communications Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, building and managing our internal communications initiatives to support a steady flow of information and updates both within the Worldwide Amazon Stores organization and broadly across Amazon. You will have excellent writing, editing and communications skills and a strong ability to work backwards from the internal customer to put forward a professional, clear, and consistent message. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $188,500/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
