Internal Medicine - Physician

We are seeking full-time Primary Care Physicians (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join a growing outpatient medical group focused on quality care, efficient workflows, and physician autonomy. Key responsibilities include: providing outpatient primary care, collaborating with a team including NP/PA and administrative support, and focusing on quality outcomes rather than volume quotas. Qualifications: MD/DO, BC/BE in relevant specialties, California medical license or ability to obtain, and a commitment to evidence-based care. Recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply for loan repayment eligibility. Compensation and benefits: $300K+ base salary with room for growth, sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, up to $100K loan forgiveness, 401(k) with match, health coverage, paid holidays, PTO, CME days, malpractice insurance, and flexible FT/PT options.
