The selected candidate will be trained on specific Dealer Software programs – willingness to learn is a must! Duties could include: Maintain aspects of vehicle presentation online Adding / Deleting daily inventory Taking Photos Writing Advertising Copy and Vehicle Descriptions Posting Inventory to the website and social media Completing vehicle folders including KBB, NADA, and CarFax Reports Office Filing Vehicle Data Entry DMV / Title Processing The perfect candidate will have: CRM and/or BDC Experience QuickBooks Experience Title Tec Experience A College Degree is Preferred The right candidate will contribute to a positive atmosphere and present themselves as a team player with co-workers, vendors, and managers to help the team as it pertains to the day to day business.
