Internet Marketing Manager

He or she will work with us to develop and implement strategies that increase revenue and enhance brand awareness. Responsibilities: Marketing Coordination; SEO and backend linking; Design comprehensive digital marketing strategies that increase new customer acquisition and retention, overall revenue, and enhance brand awareness; Manage digital marketing relationships to drive performance marketing and organic search; Optimize all marketing activity utilizing SEO, social media, YouTube, active listing services and email campaigns; Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to develop and execute campaigns; Own digital marketing calendars; Manage PPC account; Website Maintenance; Maintain the website with up to date content; Do some web design work on the back-end with HTML, Javascript and CSS; Manage SEO by working with tools including but not limited to GSC, GA, SemRush, Yoast SEO; Should have an excellent understanding of WordPress and HTML; Content Design and Development; Design and implement content for the Marketing Campaigns including but not limited to Landing Pages, Email campaigns, Google's PPC, Social Posts, Display Ads, Print & Physical Marketing; Occasional Video Production for the office, social media and other marketing campaigns; Should be able to work in Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro / Final Cut / other professional video editors; Customer Research & Database Management; Work on MOJO CRM and other databases with Excel and SQL to achieve audience targets and strategies; Work with agencies and internal partners to optimize campaigns to drive performance and learnings; Have a keen interest in analytics to drive measurable results; Maintain an interest in digital trends and social platforms; Should be proficient in Excel and have a foundational knowledge of SQL Time Required: Flexible, 20 -30 hours per week Status: Independent Contractor You work from your own home.
