_**Seeking an Experienced Internet Sales Manager to add to our team of world- class professionals. **Tech savvy /proficient in ELead and CDK HIGHLY PREFERRED! * Forecast annual and monthly goals and objectives for the Internet department * Coordinate Internet promotions and advertising * Research auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote its site or advertise * Update the Web site frequently to attract new and repeat visitors * Explain, implement, and enforce dealership policies, emphasizing customer satisfaction and positive dealership image * Ensure proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system * Promote teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process * Follow up on all Internet leads daily * Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network * Provide training and support to the sales staff on Phone & Internet skills and assist in closing sales * Help manage inventory online and incentives * Work with third party vendors such as AutoTrader and Cars.com to generate and boast lead counts * Prior Automotive sales experience required * Be able to create and maintain customer relationships * Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM) * Be able to coach, development and motivate sales staff * Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O. ### Requirements )_ * Employee discounts on service and cars * Up to 8 weeks paid pregnancy disability leave program * Career Path tool to assist in career development * Scholarship program for employees, their parents, and their dependents * Opportunities to join our community service initiatives * Recognition program with opportunity to earn credit on Amazon.com * Employee referral program with bonus opportunities
