IT and Office Support

This position is a permanent part-time job. This position would need to test our 9-1-1 simulator computer simulator equipment and troubleshoot with customers over the phone when needed. This position will provide customer service support to colleges, high schools, and 9-1-1 agencies purchasing the simulator or 9-1-1 online academy. Required 5+ years of office experience and/or IT experience Self-motivated – mature worker Ability to be flexible and handle daily distractions Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with heavy phone contact Knowing Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook Desire to provide excellent customer service and increase sales Comfortable working in a very small family business Lift 50 lbs for shipping duties required Provide updated spreadsheets on conferences and prospects Comfortable working independently - sometimes alone Dog friendly Duties Involves working with customers who have placed a request and may need assistance with products and ordering.
