The Isla Vista Food Co-op is searching for a dynamic, passionate candidate to become our next full-time Outreach and Marketing Manager! This full-time (30-40 hours/week, your preference considered) position is adaptable to the person holding it. We are looking for someone who already has a combination of skillsets, experience, and background in at least a few of the following categories: graphic/artistic design, social media engagement/creation, advertising, events coordination, food literacy/sustainability, social justice and/or community organizing or outreach, grocery retail strategy + merchandising, written communications. The interview process will involve a brief introductory meeting with our current OMM, and if there's a possibility of a good fit for the position, a follow-up, full interview with a selection of our management team will be scheduled.
